Nursery and Preschool

Founded in 2015, we are proud to offer top quality childcare for Napa Valley families.
Our programs are built on a unique combination of child development approaches (Le Petit Méthode), which centers academic learning through play. Our experienced and caring LPE teachers work with children to foster social, emotional, and academic intelligence, encouraging age-appropriate independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Infant Nursery

Our infant nursery serves infants
ages 6 weeks through 24 months from 7:30am-5:30pm.

Elephant 05

Preschool

Our preschool serves children
ages 2 through 4 years from 7:30am-5:30pm.
Half day schedules are also available.

Elephant 06

TK/Kindergarten

Our TK and Kindergarten programs
are available for children ages
4 through 6 years from
7:30am-5:30pm year-round.

Academic learning

Le Petit Elephant’s Infant, Preschool and TK programs are built on a combination of Waldorf, RIE, Montessori, and Reggio-Emilia pedagogies and is rooted in learning through play!

Babies and children at LPE enjoy creative play, organic gardening, yoga, music, dance, and ample time outside – all in the context of an intentional curriculum designed to help kids thrive both academically and socially.
